Alumni Weekend 2023
It’s no secret that Camp Immokalee’s magic is created by the people that come through it’s gates, but until now, we haven’t had a time where all generations of staff who have made Immokalee what it is, could come experience Camp together. Alumni weekend will include competition, activities, storytelling, recognition ceremonies, and more! Really, we just want everyone who loves Camp Immokalee to be able to come spend another weekend on Lake Brooklyn with their friends and family.
Alumni Weekend Overview
Alumni Weekend will operate like a weekend retreat or family camp. There will be classic camp activities as well as some special new traditions and activities unique to this event. Attendees will stay in cabins and can choose to stay in the same cabins as friends! ALL generations of camp staff are welcome.

What does the cost cover?

How does the lodging work?
- Lodging will be entirely in our cabins. We have opened 7 spots per cabin, which allows for each participant to have a whole bunk (top and bottom) to themselves.
- If you have friends that you would specifically like to stay with, please coordinate registrations with them so you both can register around the same time and claim the same cabin.
- If you have a family / party larger than 7, please reach out to our Camp Director, Cole Abdullah (nabdullah@fcymca.org) to get a whole cabin reserved. Keep in mind, you’ll have to double bunk up in these cases.
- If you have anyone under the age of 18 in your party, we ask that you partner with another family you are comfortable with, to ensure the best family environment for you!
- Please keep in mind that the cabin you select may be changed based on family needs, number of attendees, and other changing variables. If this happens, we will reach out to you and make sure you’re still with the same people you’d like to be rooming with.
