Here, you’ll find links to important resources, information specific to your camper’s program, and some need-to-know details that stay consistent across all sessions.

Quick Links for All Families

  1. CampBrain Account Access
    Log in to manage your registration, add store money, update contact information, and view important documents.
  2. Packing List
    A general packing list for all camps, with tips on what to bring and what to leave at home. Packing lists may vary slightly by program, so be sure to check your program-specific list!
  3. Waldo Photos
    Access daily photos and camp updates through our Waldo gallery and follow us on social media. A specific code is sent out for each session.
  4. Camper Email
    Stay connected with your camper! Send messages to campermail@fcymca.org. Please include your camper’s name and cabin in the subject line to ensure delivery. Campers cannot return messages via email. Please do not send images.
  5. Lost and Found Request Form
    Missing something? Use our Lost and Found form to report any items left behind at camp.
  6. Families Facebook Group
    Join our private Facebook group to connect with other Camp Immokalee families! It’s a great place for updates, tips, and sharing the camp excitement.

Consistent Policies and Reminders

  • Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy: All campers must be dropped off and picked up by an authorized adult listed on their account. A photo ID will be required at pick-up. We can arrange late dropoff or early pickup but cannot accommodate early dropoffs or late pickups.
  • Camper Code of Conduct: We expect all campers to treat each other with respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Any issues that arise will be addressed promptly by our staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Medication: All medication must be dropped off with the nurse in the original packaging. No medication can be kept in the cabin.
  • Mail and Packages: You’re welcome to send mail to your camper. Letters and small packages can be sent to:

    Please avoid sending food items, as they can attract critters!
