  1. CampBrain Account Access
    Log in to manage your registration, add store money, update contact information, and view important documents.
  2. Packing List
    Check our general packing list with tips on what to bring and what to leave at home. Program-specific variations are noted, so be sure to review your camper’s list!
  3. Waldo Photos
    Access daily photos and updates through our Waldo gallery and follow us on social media. Each session has a unique code for access.
  4. Camper Email
    Stay in touch! Send messages to campermail@fcymca.org. Include your camper’s name and cabin in the subject line for delivery. Note: Campers cannot respond via email, and images are not accepted.
  5. Lost and Found Request Form
    Missing an item? Use our Lost and Found form to report it.
  6. Families Facebook Group
    Join our private Facebook group to connect with other Camp Immokalee families! It’s a great space for updates, tips, and sharing camp excitement.

Consistent Policies and Reminders

  • Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy: Campers must be dropped off and picked up by an authorized adult listed on their account. A photo ID is required at pick-up. Late drop-offs or early pick-ups can be arranged, but early drop-offs or late pick-ups cannot be accommodated.
  • Camper Code of Conduct: All campers are expected to treat one another with respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Our staff promptly address any issues to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
  • Medication: All medications must be dropped off with the nurse in their original packaging. Medications cannot be stored in cabins. This includes cough drops, melatonin, vitamins, birth control, nasal spray, and all other over-the-counter and prescription mediciations.
  • Mail and Packages: You’re welcome to send mail to your camper. Letters and small packages can be sent to:

    Please avoid sending food items, as they can attract critters!
