🎉 You’re Registered! Women’s Wellness Weekend 2025
YMCA Camp Immokalee
📍 6765 Immokalee Rd. Keystone Heights, FL
🗓 September 19–21, 2025 (Friday–Sunday)
We’re so excited to welcome you to Camp Immokalee for a weekend of connection, restoration, and intentional fun. Below is everything you need to know before you arrive—including check-in details, what to pack, and important reminders to help you prepare!
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Friday, September 19 from 6:30–7:15 PM at the Office
Follow the signs when you arrive! You’ll get your cabin assignment, camp map, and weekend essentials at check-in. After that, you’ll drive to your cabin to unload, then park in Center Drive or the Airnasium lot.
Welcome Meeting: 7:30 PM in the Airnasium
Dinner: On your own Friday night (We recommend Johnny’s BBQ or Stone’s!)
Check-Out: Sunday, September 21 after our Closing Campfire (~12:45 PM)
There’s no formal check-out—just goodbyes, gratitude, and maybe a last visit to the Camp Store.
Camp Map
You’ll receive a printed map at check-in to help you find your way. It includes cabin locations, bathhouses, activity areas, and parking.
Activities, Flow & Flexibility
Our full schedule is still being finalized, but here’s what to expect:
- Movement sessions (like yoga-inspired or dance-based classes)
- Optional lake activities (canoeing/kayaking, weather permitting)
- Cozy evening events like themed dinner, music bingo, and campfire chats
- Free time for hammocking, journaling, or doing absolutely nothing
Everything is optional. You set the pace for your weekend.
What to Pack
Here are the essentials:
- Bedding for a twin-size bunk (sleeping bag or sheets + blanket)
- Pillow, towel, toiletries
- Comfortable clothes and layers for warm days + cool mornings/evenings
- Closed-toe shoes
- Flashlight or headlamp
- Reusable water bottle
- Yoga mat or towel (if you’d like to join movement classes)
Lodging Notes
Cabins are shared with 5–7 women and include A/C, outlets, and bunk beds (no top bunks required).
- Wilma Cabins: Full bathrooms inside
- Kokomo Cabins: Toilet and sink inside, with a modern bathhouse nearby
The Kokybo Bathhouse includes private, family-style restrooms (4 ADA accessible). Other restrooms are available around camp and cleaned daily.
Cabin assignments will be provided at check-in. If you requested to room with someone, we’ve done our best to honor it.
Meals & Food
- All meals are included from Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch
- Buffet-style meals include hot entrees, kid-friendly options, salad bar, and breakfast bar
- Coffee, tea, and water available all weekend
- Snacks welcome in cabins
- The Camp Store will be open for drinks, snacks, and Immokalee merch (cash or card accepted)
Dietary needs? If you haven’t already shared them with us, please do so ASAP so we can plan accordingly.
Shared Camp Space
Camp Immokalee will also host a Teen Weekend during your stay. We’ve scheduled both programs to limit overlap, and each group will have its own spaces, meals, and staff. Please refrain from interacting with the teen program during the weekend.
All Women’s Wellness Weekends participants will need to bring ID so we can scan you through our Hallpass system to verify you are safe to be around children.
Medical & Emergency Info
Basic first aid supplies are available on-site. In case of emergency, the nearest hospital is about 20 minutes away in Starke. For urgent care, we recommend CareSpot or Ascension St. Vincent’s in Middleburg.
Connectivity
Cell service is strong across most of camp. Light-use WiFi is available in the Dining Hall if needed.
Meet Your Host

Camp Director Serena Rogers and her husband David joined the Camp Immokalee family in 2025 and jumped right into summer. Serena is thrilled to host her first Women’s Wellness Weekend and can’t wait to share this experience with you!
You’ll also meet other friendly Camp Immokalee staff throughout the weekend—there to support your experience, not structure it.
Have questions before camp? Reach out to Serena at srogers@fcymca.org.
A phone number for urgent needs will be provided at check-in.
