Financial Assistance
We believe every child deserves the chance to experience camp. Financial assistance is income-based and applications can be submitted online here.
Life in the Cabins
Campers live in rustic cabins supervised by counselors, with 12–14 campers (including teen leaders like Pathmakers and CITs) and 2 staff in each cabin
- East Village (typically boys): Shared bathhouses.
- West Village (typically girls): Bathrooms inside cabins.
- Kokomo (typically girls): Toilet & sink in cabin, bathhouse nearby.
- Yurts (new for 2026): Spacious, modern, and connected to a bathhouse.
Every camper is part of a cabin family, building friendships and routines together under the guidance of caring staff.
Homesickness & Camper Care
Homesickness is normal, and our staff are trained to support campers through it. We also contact parents any time something is above average so we can partner with you on a plan that’s best for your child. We’ll also send resources ahead of camp to help you prepare your camper (and yourself!) for time apart.
Parent Communication
We keep you connected while still giving your camper space to grow:
- Pre- and post-camp updates so you know exactly what to expect.
- Photos uploaded nightly so you can spot your camper’s smile.
- Phone call if there’s an issue—we’ll reach out if your camper needs extra support.
Why Your Child Will Thrive Here

Every day at Immokalee strikes a balance between structure and freedom.
- Morning: Flag raising, cabin clean-up, activity rotations (archery, climbing wall, swimming, crafts).
- Afternoon: More activities, snack breaks, and cabin time.
- Evening: Camp-wide traditions like Color Wars, campfires, talent shows, and theme nights.
No two weeks are alike, but every camper gets adventure, community, and time to just be a kid.
